Zucchini & tomato tart

INGREDIENTS
  • Puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • Whole tomatoes
  • Zucchini
  • Burrata
  • Cooked ham
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh basil
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon
RECIPE
  • Preheat the oven at 200°C. Put the puff pastry on a baking tray and lightly tap it with a fork to create small holes. Cook this in the oven until it has slightly risen
  • Slices the tomatoes into very thin slices. Lay them out on kitchen towel/paper and season with salt, pepper, oregano and thyme
  • Cut the zucchini length-wise into thin slices. Mix the slices with some lemon juice and a lot of salt
  • Put the tomatoes on the puff pastry, drizzle some olive oil on top and put it back in the oven for 5 minutes at 180°C
  • Pat the zucchini dry with some kitchen paper and place it on top of the tomatoes
  • Whisk an egg and coat the sides of the puff pastry with some mixed egg
  • Cook it in the oven at 180°C until it crispy and golden brown
  • Add pieces of burrata, cooked ham and fresh basil. Add some olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
