Preheat the oven at 200°C. Put the puff pastry on a baking tray and lightly tap it with a fork to create small holes. Cook this in the oven until it has slightly risen
Slices the tomatoes into very thin slices. Lay them out on kitchen towel/paper and season with salt, pepper, oregano and thyme
Cut the zucchini length-wise into thin slices. Mix the slices with some lemon juice and a lot of salt
Put the tomatoes on the puff pastry, drizzle some olive oil on top and put it back in the oven for 5 minutes at 180°C
Pat the zucchini dry with some kitchen paper and place it on top of the tomatoes
Whisk an egg and coat the sides of the puff pastry with some mixed egg
Cook it in the oven at 180°C until it crispy and golden brown
Add pieces of burrata, cooked ham and fresh basil. Add some olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
