INGREDIENTS
- Chicken sausage
- Cream
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Mushrooms
- Zucchini
- Shallot
- Flat parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Heat up a pan and cook the chicken minced meat (I used a chicken sausage and squeezed out the insides one by one). Cook the pieces in olive oil
- Cut a shallot, mushrooms & zucchini. Remove the minced meat from the pan and cook the vegetables in this pan
- Add the chicken back to the pan along with sun-dried tomatoes and cream. Let this simmer until the sauce thickens. Season with salt & pepper
- Top it of with fresh parsley
