INGREDIENTS
- Fresh tuna
- Avocado
- Spring onion
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- Lime
- Soy sauce
- Chili flakes
- Ginger
- Cilantro
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Cut the tuna into small cubes. Add some lime juice, soy sauce, chili flakes, sesame oil, sesame seeds, spring onion and cilantro. Add all of these ingredients in small amounts at a time and keep tasting
- Mix avocado with some olive oil, sesame oil, lime juice, salt and chili flakes
- Serve the tartare in a glass with the avocado on the bottom
