Tuna appetizer

INGREDIENTS

  • Canned tuna
  • Chicory 
  • Green apple
  • Egg 
  • Sunflower oil 
  • Mustard
  • Lime
  • Parsley
  • Salt & pepper

RECIPE

  • Make a mayonnaise. Add 1 egg, a tablespoon of mustard, a squeeze of lime juice and pepper to a container. Mix this with a stand mixer and gradually add sunflower oil. Mix this until the right consistency is reached. Taste and season with salt & pepper. Put it in the fridge to cool
  • Drain the fat from the canned tuna. Mix the tuna with some chopped apple, some mayo, chives, salt, pepper and lime juice
  •  Clean the chicory and peel off the leaves. Serve with the tuna
