- Sourdough bread
- Ricotta cheese
- Heirloom tomatoes
- Basil
- Chives
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Toast the bread in a pan with olive oil
- Mix the ricotta cheese with chopped basil, chives, flat parsley, olive oil, salt & pepper
- Cut the heirloom tomatoes into thin slices and season them with olive oil and salt
- Spread the ricotta on the toast and lay the tomatoes on top. Add more basil
