- Burrata
- Cherry tomatoes
- Parsley
- Basil
- Kalamansi vinegar
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
- Chop up the cherry tomatoes. Mix with olive oil, salt, pepper and kalamansi and let them marinate for 30 min (if you have the time)
- Add the burrata and drizzle extra olive oil on top. Season with more salt and pepper and add fresh basil and parsley leaves
