- Rye bread
- Avocado
- Pesto
- Egg
- Salt, pepper & olive oil
- Toast the bread slice and drizzle some olive oil on top. Slice an avocado and place it on the bread
- Heat up a small pan with a tablespoon of pesto in it and let this simmer on low heat. Once runny turn up the heat and add 1 egg. Cook it until done and season with salt and pepper
- Place the egg on the avocado and add some fresh pepper

- Salted bacon pieces
- Flat parsley
- Honey
- Pepper
- Toast the bread slice and spread some goat cheese on top
- Cook the pieces of bacon in a pan and place them on the toast. Drizzle some honey on top and finish it with some flat parsley

- Basil
- White peach
- Honey
- Pepper
- Mix some ricotta with chopped parsley and basil. Season with salt, pepper and add olive to taste
- Toast the bread, spread the ricotta on top and top it of with some peach slices, honey, pepper and fresh basil

- Feta cheese
- Olive oil
- Lime juice
- Oregano
- Cherry tomatoes
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Put a piece of feta in the blender and add olive oil, lemon juice, oregano and some pepper. Blend until smooth. Of it’s not smooth enough, add a splash of water. Season to taste with salt or some more lime juice. Let this sit in the fridge while you do the rest
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Season the cherry tomatoes with salt, pepper, olive oil, basil and some oregano. Cook them in the oven for 20-30 min
- Toast a slice of rye bread and spread the feta on top. Take a spoonful of tomatoes and add it on your toast
