TOAST 1: avocado & pesto egg toast
INGREDIENTS
  • Rye bread
  • Avocado
  • Pesto
  • Egg
  • Salt, pepper & olive oil
RECIPE
  • Toast the bread slice and drizzle some olive oil on top. Slice an avocado and place it on the bread
  • Heat up a small pan with a tablespoon of pesto in it and let this simmer on low heat. Once runny turn up the heat and add 1 egg. Cook it until done and season with salt and pepper
  • Place the egg on the avocado and add some fresh pepper
TOAST 2: goat cheese, bacon & parsley toast 
INGREDIENTS
  • Goat cheese with small flowers
  • Salted bacon pieces
  • Flat parsley
  • Honey
  • Pepper
RECIPE
  • Toast the bread slice and spread some goat cheese on top
  • Cook the pieces of bacon in a pan and place them on the toast. Drizzle some honey on top and finish it with some flat parsley
TOAST 3: herbed ricotta & peach toast
INGREDIENTS
  • Rye bread
  • Fresh ricotta
  • Basil
  • White peach
  • Honey
  • Pepper
RECIPE
  • Mix some ricotta with chopped parsley and basil. Season with salt, pepper and add olive to taste
  • Toast the bread, spread the ricotta on top and top it of with some peach slices, honey, pepper and fresh basil
TOAST 4: whipped feta & oven tomatoes toast
INGREDIENTS
  • Rye bread
  • Feta cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Lime juice
  • Oregano
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
RECIPE
  • Put a piece of feta in the blender and add olive oil, lemon juice, oregano and some pepper. Blend until smooth. Of it’s not smooth enough, add a splash of water. Season to taste with salt or some more lime juice. Let this sit in the fridge while you do the rest
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Season the cherry tomatoes with salt, pepper, olive oil, basil and some oregano. Cook them in the oven for 20-30 min
  • Toast a slice of rye bread and spread the feta on top. Take a spoonful of tomatoes and add it on your toast
