INGREDIENTS
- Minced meat
- Mushrooms
- Little gem salad
- Shallot
- Cilantro
- White rice
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- Chili flakes
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Cut a shallot and cook it in a pan with olive oil on medium heat. Add chili flakes
- Clean and cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add it to the onion. Cook this on high heat and stir regularly so the onions don’t burn
- Bring some water to a boil and cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging
- Add the minced meat to the pan and cook it all together
- Once the rice is cooked, drain it and add it to the minced meat
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil to taste. Add salt and pepper if needed
- Top it off with some cilantro, sesame seeds and lime and serve it with the leaves from the little gem salad
