Thai inspired minced meat boats

INGREDIENTS
- Minced meat
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Scallions
- Shallot
- Green beans
- Red chilli pepper
- Greek yoghurt
- Sesame oil
- Fish sauce
- Sesame seeds
- Fine granulated sugar
- Cilantro
- Mint
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
RECIPE
- Cut up an onion, 1 garlic clove and a piece of ginger. Heat this up in a pan with olive oil. Add chilli and let everything simmer
- Clean the green beans and cook them in boiling water. Make sure to add salt to your water
- Add the minced meat to the pan and cook it on high heat. Season with salt and pepper
- Cut the green beans in 2-3 pieces. Add them to the pan and mix them with the minced meat
- Add fish sauce, a little bit of fine granulated sugar, soy sauce, lime juice and chopped cilantro and mint. Keep seasoning to taste
- Mix greek yoghurt with some sesame oil, lime juice, grated ginger, salt, pepper, sesame seeds and chilli
- Serve this with the basmati rice and little gem salad
