Teryaki salmon w/ cauliflower rice

INGREDIENTS
  • Salmon filet
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Rice vinegar
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Cauliflower
  • Salt & pepper 
  • Olive oil

RECIPE
  • Mix soy sauce with sesame oil, rice vinegar (or honey), add grated ginger and garlic
  • Cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Pulse this in the blender until it’s fine
  • Sear the salmon in a hot pan with olive oil. Lower the heat, add the soy sauce mixture and let this simmer for 7-10 min
  • Put some olive oil in a pan. Sauté the cauliflower and season it with salt and pepper
