- Salmon filet
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil

RECIPE
- Mix soy sauce with sesame oil, rice vinegar (or honey), add grated ginger and garlic
- Cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Pulse this in the blender until it’s fine
- Sear the salmon in a hot pan with olive oil. Lower the heat, add the soy sauce mixture and let this simmer for 7-10 min
- Put some olive oil in a pan. Sauté the cauliflower and season it with salt and pepper
