- Minded meat
- Small potatoes
- Camembert cheese
- Flat parsley
- Red onion
- Butter
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes
- Cook them in salted water, cook until tender. Your should be able to pierce them with a fork
- Thinly slice some red onion
- Cook half of the red onion in a pot with butter, add the potatoes and flat parsley
- In another pan, melt some butter and cook the other red onion and minced meat. Cook until browned and season with salt & pepper if needed
- Slice the camembert
- Put the ingredients in an oven dish and top it off with the slices of cheese
- Cook this for 10-15 min at 200°C
