Steak tagliata

INGREDIENTS

  • Steak
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Arugula
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Shallot
  • Garlic
  • Oregano
  • Lime
  • Basil
  • Olive oil 
  • Salt & pepper

RECIPE

  • Pat the steak dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the steak in a hot pan with butter. Cook until both sides are crispy. Lower the the heat to medium and add more butter and a garlic clove. Let this simmer on both sides and regularly spread the butter over the steak with a spoon. Take it of the heat and let it rest in tin foil
  • Mix some cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast them in the oven at 190°C until they burst
  • Clean the salad and cut the avocado. Cut the steak and take the tomatoes from the oven
  • Garnish with fresh basil, parmesan cheese and add a drizzle of olive oil and lime juice
