INGREDIENTS
- Steak
- Cherry tomatoes
- Avocado
- Arugula
- Parmesan cheese
- Shallot
- Garlic
- Oregano
- Lime
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Pat the steak dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the steak in a hot pan with butter. Cook until both sides are crispy. Lower the the heat to medium and add more butter and a garlic clove. Let this simmer on both sides and regularly spread the butter over the steak with a spoon. Take it of the heat and let it rest in tin foil
- Mix some cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast them in the oven at 190°C until they burst
- Clean the salad and cut the avocado. Cut the steak and take the tomatoes from the oven
- Garnish with fresh basil, parmesan cheese and add a drizzle of olive oil and lime juice
