Surimi & minced meat balls w/ yoghurt sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • Surimi sticks
  • Minced meat
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chili flakes
  • Ginger
  • Spring onion
  • Lime
  • Greek yoghurt
  • Salt & pepper
  • Cilantro

RECIPE
  • Finely chop the surimi sticks or blend it until fine. Mix it with the minced meat and add sesame oil and grated ginger, sesame seeds and chili flakes. Mix it with your hands and season to taste with salt and pepper
  • Chop the spring onion and a handful of cilantro. Add this to the minced meat. Taste and season some more if needed.
  • Roll the mixture into balls. Put them all on an oven tray with a baking sheet. Cook this in the oven for 20 min at 180°C
  • Mix the yoghurt with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, add some lime juice, sesame seeds and chili flakes and season with salt and pepper
