RECIPE
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Mix some minced meat with chopped onion, salt and pepper. Hollow out the tomato and put the mixture inside
- Mix ricotta cheese with finely chopped spinach, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and sage. Season with salt and pepper. Hollow out the zucchini and add the ricotta mixture
- Cook some quinoa
- Mix the quinoa with chopped yellow bell pepper, feta cheese, cilantro and mint. Season with salt & pepper. Hollow out other the yellow bell pepper and put the quinoa mixture inside
- Cook the three in the oven for at least 20 min
- Make a tomato sauce with chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil salt & pepper
