Make the meatball mixture. Mix the minced meat with spring onion, sesame seeds, sesame oil, chilli flakes, salt and pepper
Cut the cucumber into really thin slices and mix them with lemon juice, fish sauce, sesame seeds, lemon zest, chilli flakes, granulated sugar and salt
Cook the meatballs in butter on all sides. Lower the heat and keep them in the pan
Mix a cup of soy sauce with a tablespoon of sesame oil, one tablespoon of paprika powder, one tablespoon of sesame seeds, one teaspoon of chilli flakes, 1 tablespoon of corn starch, 1-2 cloves of garlic and a big piece of grated ginger
Cook this mixture in a pan on medium heat until it starts to thicken. Taste and add sugar if it’s too salty
Add the cooked meatballs to the soy sauce mixture and mix everything
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging
Top everything off with more spring onions and sesame seeds
