Stick soy sauce pork ribs from Brasvar

INGREDIENTS
  • Brasvar ribs
  • Low sodium soy sauce
  • Ginger
  • Spring onion
  • Cilantro
  • Sesame oil
  • Chili flakes
  • Lime
  • White sugar
  • Sesame seeds
  • Rice vinegar
  • Corn starch
  • Olive oil
RECIPE
  • Cover the ribs with a small amount of olive oil and start baking them in a 140°C oven for about 2h
  • Mix 1 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 3-4 tablespoons of sugar and a tablespoon of corn starch
  • Grate a big piece of ginger and zest a whole lime. Chop two garlic cloves into small pieces and add everything to the soy sauce mixture
  • Heat up a pan and add the mixture on medium heat. Slowly heat this up and stir it continuously. Cook it until it has a thick consistency. Taste it and add more sugar if needed
  • Take out the ribs and put them in the pan. Toss them around in the sauce and make sure everything is covered
  • Put the ribs back in the oven dish and grill them for 5 minutes on super high heat
  • Garnish with some cilantro, spring onion, sesame seeds and red chili. Serve with pieces of lime
