Steak chimichurri w/ veggies

INGREDIENTS
  • Rib eye steak
  • Little gem salad
  • Bimi broccoli
  • Tomatoes
  • Cilantro
  • Oregano (fresh and dried)
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Chives
  • Garlic
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Red chilli
  • White onion
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil
RECIPE
  • Put the broccoli on a baking sheet. Drizzle some olive oil on top, season with salt and pepper. Grill this in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 min
  • Heat up a pan or a grill. Cut the little gem salad in two. Cook it on high heat on one side. Season with salt and pepper
  • Chop the tomatoes. Add white onion and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, add olive oil and a little bit of lime juice
  • Take 1 garlic clove, a handful of fresh oregano, cilantro, parsley and chives and blend it with olive oil. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Add a small amount of red wine vinegar and chopped chilli
  • Bake the steak in a hot pan with butter. Season it with salt and pepper. Let it rest for 10 min after cooking it and cut it into strips
