Spinach, tomato & burrata salad

INGREDIENTS
- Burrata cheese
- Avocado
- Baby spinach
- Cherry tomatoes
- Basil
- Parmesan cheese
- Lime
- Balsamic vinegar
- Honey
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
RECIPE
- Cut the tomatoes and avocado and place it on top of the spinach
- Make a vinaigrette with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a little bit of honey if you need more sweetness
- Drizzle the vinaigrette on the veggies and add the burrata
- Top it of with some lime zest, salt, pepper, basil and some parmesan cheese
