Salmon tataki

INGREDIENTS
- Salmon filet
- Ponzu
- Soy sauce
- Ginger
- Chili flakes
- Honey
- Lime
- Spring onion
- Sesame seeds
RECIPE
- Cook the salmon filet on medium-high heat in a pan with olive oil on all sides. Season with salt and pepper while cooking
- Make the sauce: mix the ponzu, sesame oil, chili flakes, honey and grated ginger. Add some lime juice to taste
- Put the salmon aside once cooked. Cut it into thin slices (as thin as possible) and put it on a plate
- Heat up the sauce a little bit in the pan and pour it over the salmon
- Top it of with spring onion & sesame seeds
