Salmon tataki

INGREDIENTS
  • Salmon filet
  • Ponzu
  • Soy sauce
  • Ginger
  • Chili flakes
  • Honey
  • Lime
  • Spring onion
  • Sesame seeds
RECIPE
  • Cook the salmon filet on medium-high heat in a pan with olive oil on all sides. Season with salt and pepper while cooking
  • Make the sauce: mix the ponzu, sesame oil, chili flakes, honey and grated ginger. Add some lime juice to taste
  • Put the salmon aside once cooked. Cut it into thin slices (as thin as possible) and put it on a plate
  • Heat up the sauce a little bit in the pan and pour it over the salmon
  • Top it of with spring onion & sesame seeds
