Soy sauce noodles w/ tofu

INGREDIENTS
- Angel hair noodles
- Firm tofu
- White onion
- Soy sauce
- Vegetable stock
- Sesame oil
- Ginger
- Pointed red bell pepper
- Snap peas
- Cilantro

RECIPE
- Chop up the onion and ginger. Cook them in olive oil on medium high heat until fragrant but not browned
- Add the pointed red pepper and let this simmer. Add water, soy sauce, vegetable stock, sesame oil and lime zest
- Cut the tofu into small cubes and let the liquid drain out by pressing them down with a kitchen towel
- Cook the tofu in a hot pan with olive oil until the cubes are brown and crispy
- Make a mixture of soy sauce, grated ginger, sesame oil and chili flakes. Add this to the tofu cubes an let them simmer for 10-15 min in this mixture
- Add the angel hair noodles and snap peas to the broth. Let this simmer until the noodles are ready
- Add everything to a bowl, add the tofu and top it of with some fresh cilantro
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
