- Smoked salmon
- Fennel
- Avocado
- Flat parsley
- Lime
- Salt (herbamare)

RECIPE
- Cut the fennel into very thin slices. Use a mandolin if you have one
- Season it with olive oil, a lot of lime juice, salt and pepper. Let this sit while you prepare the rest
- Cut the avocado and the salmon, add it to the fennel
- Add some extra pepper, olive oil and flat parsley on top
