- Frozen shrimp
- Avocado
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onion
- Lime
- Chili flakes
- Cucumber
- Mango
- Cilantro
- Salt & pepper

RECIPE
- Defrost the shrimp in warm water and peel them. Remove the black vein
- Boil some water and cook the shrimp for 1 min. Drain them, put them in ice water and cut them once cooled of
- Cut the avocado, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber and mango. Mix this with the shrimp
- Add lime juice, salt, pepper and chili flakes. Add chopped cilantro to taste
- Store it in the fridge until ready to serve (best served ice cold)
