Shrimp ceviche

INGREDIENTS

  • Frozen shrimp
  • Avocado
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Lime
  • Chili flakes
  • Cucumber
  • Mango
  • Cilantro
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil 

RECIPE

  • Defrost the shrimp in warm water and peel them. Remove the black vein
  • Boil some water and cook the shrimp for 1 min. Drain them, put them in ice water and cut them once cooled of
  • Cut the avocado, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber and mango. Mix this with the shrimp
  • Add lime juice, salt, pepper and chili flakes. Add chopped cilantro to taste
  • Store it in the fridge until ready to serve (best served ice cold)
