Sea bass ceviche

INGREDIENTS 
  • Sea bass
  • Avocado
  • Whole tomatoes
  • Mango
  • Small red onion
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil ⠀⠀
RECIPE
  • Put the fresh fish in the freezer while you cut everything else. This will make it easier to cut afterwards
  • Cut the avocado, mango, red onion and tomatoes. Make sure to cut only the tomato flesh, leave out the insides (otherwise it will be too watery)
  • Mix everything. Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Add lime juice and a sprinkle of olive oil. Leave this in the fridge while you cut the fish
  • Cut the sea bass into small cubes. Add it to rest of the mixture. Add more lime juice if needed. Add cilantro and season one last time
