Boil the mashed potatoes with the skin in salted water
Clean the brussels sprouts and cut the into very fine slices. Heat up a pan with olive oil, add garlic and let this simmer. Add the brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper
Once softened add the bacon and take it off the heat once cooked
Cook the sausages in butter and season with salt & pepper
Drain the potatoes. Mash the potatoes with a big piece of butter and a splash of milk. Mash until smooth, add the Brussels sprouts and bacon, mix, taste and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. If the puree is too dry, add more milk or butter
Take the sausages of the heat once cooked
Add a splash of water to your hot pan with a piece of butter. Stir until a sauce is formed
