Smoked salmon & zucchini tart

INGREDIENTS
  • Puff pastry
  • Philadelphia w/ herbs & garlic
  • Smoked salmon
  • Zucchini noodles
  • Herbamare
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • Optional: edible flowers
RECIPE
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray. Poke tiny holes in the pastry with a fork. Whisk 1 egg and put a thin layer of egg wash on top of the pastry. Bake this for about 5 min or until the pastry has slightly browned
  • Season the zucchini noodles with olive oil, herbamare & pepper.
  • Spread a layer of Philadelphia on the puff pastry. Make sure to leave about 1 cm of space at the sides
  • Place the zucchini on the pastry. Bake everything for 10 more minutes or until the crust has browned
  • Top it of with some smoked salmon & edible flowers
