Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray. Poke tiny holes in the pastry with a fork. Whisk 1 egg and put a thin layer of egg wash on top of the pastry. Bake this for about 5 min or until the pastry has slightly browned
Season the zucchini noodles with olive oil, herbamare & pepper.
Spread a layer of Philadelphia on the puff pastry. Make sure to leave about 1 cm of space at the sides
Place the zucchini on the pastry. Bake everything for 10 more minutes or until the crust has browned
Top it of with some smoked salmon & edible flowers
