Cut a shallot into small pieces and cook it in a pan with some olive oil, thyme, rosemary and oregano on medium heat
Add small dices of red bell pepper and halved cherry tomatoes. Let this simmer on medium heat until the veggies have softened. Season with salt and pepper
In another pan, bake the salmon in olive oil. Sear on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Lower the heat to cook it until it’s done
Add the orzo to the veggies and stir until combined. Crank up the heat and add the zucchini as well
Put everything together on a plate and top it off with some fresh basil
