INGREDIENTS
- Smoked salmon
- Broccoli
- Boursin cheese
- Cream
- Spaghetti
- Shallot
- Parmesan cheese
- Flat parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Chop a shallot and cook it in a pan with olive oil until fragrant (no browning)
- Bring some water to a boil, add salt and cook the pasta
- Break up a head of broccoli into small florets. Add the to the pan. Cook them on high heat with about 1 cup of water
- Add cream to the pan and lower the heat to medium. Add boursin. Stir until melted and season to taste with salt & pepper. Let this simmer until the broccoli is cooked
- Remove about half of the sauce from the pan and mix it with a stand mixer (optional). Add it back to the pan
- Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce
- Garnish with smoked salmon and flat parsley
