INGREDIENTS
- Salmon filet
- Avocado
- Red chili
- Spring onion
- Lime
- Ponzu
- Chili flakes
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Thinly cut the salmon and avocado and put it on a plate
- Slice the red chili pepper and spring onion and sprinkle this on top of the salmon
- Pour some ponzu on top and add a squeeze of lime juice
- Top it off with some chili flakes, salt & pepper
