Salmon & avocado carpaccio

INGREDIENTS

  • Salmon filet
  • Avocado
  • Red chili
  • Spring onion 
  • Lime
  • Ponzu 
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt & pepper

RECIPE

  • Thinly cut the salmon and avocado and put it on a plate
  • Slice the red chili pepper and spring onion and sprinkle this on top of the salmon
  • Pour some ponzu on top and add a squeeze of lime juice
  • Top it off with some chili flakes, salt & pepper
