Salmon & broccoli frittata

INGREDIENTS
- Eggs
- Smoked salmon
- Broccoli
- Zucchini
- Parsley
- Gruyere cheese
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
RECIPE
- Cut the zucchini and the broccoli, cook it in olive oil in the pan
- Beat the eggs. Add salt, pepper, parsley, salmon, cheese
- Pour the egg mixture in the pan. Mix everything and add cheese on top
- Bake everything in the oven at 180°C for 5 to 10 minutes or until everything is cooked
