Salmon & tzatziki appetizer

INGREDIENTS

  • Smoked salmon 
  • Dill
  • Greek yoghurt
  • Garlic
  • Cucumber
  • Red onion 
  • Parsley 
  • Lime
  • Olive oil 
  • Salt & pepper

RECIPE

  • Grate some cucumber. Put this in a fine mesh strainer and squeeze out the excess juice
  • Mix the cucumber with some greek yoghurt. Add dried dill (or fresh dill), salt, pepper, olive oil and a little bit of lime juice. Put it back in the fridge to keep it cool
  • Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes. Mix with a little bit of lime juice and some olive oil
  • In small glasses, layer the tzatziki and smoked salmon. Top it off with some finely chopped red onion and flat parsley
