INGREDIENTS
- Smoked salmon
- Dill
- Greek yoghurt
- Garlic
- Cucumber
- Red onion
- Parsley
- Lime
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Grate some cucumber. Put this in a fine mesh strainer and squeeze out the excess juice
- Mix the cucumber with some greek yoghurt. Add dried dill (or fresh dill), salt, pepper, olive oil and a little bit of lime juice. Put it back in the fridge to keep it cool
- Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes. Mix with a little bit of lime juice and some olive oil
- In small glasses, layer the tzatziki and smoked salmon. Top it off with some finely chopped red onion and flat parsley
