INGREDIENTS
- Salmon
- Radishes
- Citrus fruit: orange, lime & grapefruit
- Cilantro
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Onion
- Paprika powder
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
RECIPE
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Drizzle some olive oil on the pieces of salmon. Season them with salt, pepper and paprika powder and cook this in the oven for 10 min
- In the mean time, make the citrus salsa verde. Finely chop garlic, onion cilantro and parsley and add lime juice, orange juice and grapefruit juice. Blend this with a stand mixer and taste to see if it needs salt & pepper
- Cut the radishes in two. Add these to the salmon along with the salsa verde. Cook this for 10 more minutes
