Roast beef tonnato rolls

INGREDIENTS

  • Roast beef slices
  • Arugula
  • Mayonaise: egg, mustard, lime juice, salt, pepper & sunflower oil
  • Canned tuna
  • Anchovy
  • Capers
  • Lime
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil

RECIPE

  • Make a tonnato sauce. Mix up some mayo, lime juice, canned tuna (start with 1/2 can), anchovy (start with 1/2 filet), salt, pepper and a teaspoon of capers. Mix it with a stand mixer, taste and add some more ingredients if needed.
  • Take a slice of roast beef. Spread some tonnato sauce on top and add some arugula. Roll it up and cute it into bite sized pieces
