- Lasagna pasta sheets
- Minced meat

RECIPE
- Cut an onion and mince some garlic, cook this in olive oil on medium heat. Add dried oregano, rosemary, tomato paste and let this simmer
- Cut the zucchini and carrot into small cubes. Cut the tomatoes in half. Add everything to the pan and go to a medium high heat. Let this cook for 5 min
- Add minced meat to the pan and cook it. Finally add the canned tomatoes and passata. Season with salt and pepper and let it simmer for 20 min (low heat)
- Mix cream and ricotta cheese. Season with salt and pepper
- When the sauce is ready start your lasagna. Start with a base of tomato sauce, cover with the pasta and add a layer of ricotta & cream, cover this with ham and pasta . Repeat. Add cheese as the final layer and cook it in the oven (see packaging)
