- Eggplant
- Zucchini
- Red bell pepper
- Tomatoes
- Fusilli
- Oregano
- Chili flakes
- Parsley

RECIPE
- Mince some garlic and chop a shallot. Cook this in a pan with olive oil on medium heat
- Cut the zucchini, eggplant, red bell pepper and tomatoes into small pieces. Add this to the pan. Let this simmer and season with salt, pepper, oregano and chili flakes. Let this simmer
- Cut the chicken into small pieces and cook it in a pan with olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano
- Bring some water to a boil, salt it and cook the pasta
- Mix the pasta with the sauce and the cooked chicken. Top it of with some parmesan cheese, parsley and basil
