Marinate the chicken thighs in a ras el hanout, paprika powder, ginger, garlic and olive oil mixture
Bake the chicken skin side down in a hot pan with olive oil. Let the skin brown and turn them around to cook the other sides
Preheat the oven on 180 degrees. Add the chicken to an oven dish and add tomatoes, olives, lemon slices, salt, pepper and olive oil. Bake this for 20-30 min or until the chicken is cooked
Add canned chickpeas for the last 10 minutes and add some more olive oil and some lemon juice. Taste with more salt & pepper if needed
