Pulled chicken taco's

INGREDIENTS
  • Soft shell taco’s
  • Chicken breast
  • Sour cream
  • Tomatoes
  • Red bell pepper
  • Mango
  • Red onion
  • Chicken stock
  • Avocado
  • Lime
  • Chives
  • Cilantro
  • Taco spices
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil
RECIPE
  • Boil some water and add a cube of chicken stock. Add a roughly chopped onion and boil the chicken for 20 min or until soft
  • Drain the chicken and let it cool. Keep a glass of chicken stock and the onions. Shred the chicken with two forks
  • Blend the cooked onion and add the glass of chicken stock. Add taco spices
  • Heat up a pan and melt some butter. Add the shredded chicken and spice mixture. Season it with salt and pepper to taste
  • Make a guacamole: blend the avocado and add some lime juice, salt, pepper and chilli flakes
  • Make the salsa: chop the tomatoes, red bell pepper and mango into small cubes and season it with lime juice, salt, pepper, cilantro, and a small amount of olive oil
  • Season the sour cream with lime juice, salt and pepper
  • Heat up the taco’s and make your own combination
