Boil some water and add a cube of chicken stock. Add a roughly chopped onion and boil the chicken for 20 min or until soft
Drain the chicken and let it cool. Keep a glass of chicken stock and the onions. Shred the chicken with two forks
Blend the cooked onion and add the glass of chicken stock. Add taco spices
Heat up a pan and melt some butter. Add the shredded chicken and spice mixture. Season it with salt and pepper to taste
Make a guacamole: blend the avocado and add some lime juice, salt, pepper and chilli flakes
Make the salsa: chop the tomatoes, red bell pepper and mango into small cubes and season it with lime juice, salt, pepper, cilantro, and a small amount of olive oil
Season the sour cream with lime juice, salt and pepper
