- Pappardelle
- Roma tomatoes
- Tomato paste
- Garlic
- Arugula

RECIPE
- Heat up some olive oil in a pan on medium-low heat. Add garlic, rosemary, chilli flakes and tomato paste. Let this simmer
- Cut the tomatoes and add it to the pan. Let it simmer on medium heat and season with salt and pepper
- Boil the pasta in salted water
- Cook the bacon in a pan. Take them out put keep the pan with the bacon fat
- Toast a slice of bread. Blend it or break it up into small pieces. Toast it for 1-2 mins in the remaining bacon fat
- Strain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Add olive oil and parmesan cheese and stir. Add some fresh basil as well
- Mix some pesto with a small amount of water so it becomes runnier
- Plate the pasta. Add some pesto, bacon, croutons, parmesan cheese and arugula
