INGREDIENTS
- Ganda ham
- Pasta (calamarata)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Arugula
- Passata (tomato sauce)
- Shallot
- Parmesan cheese
- Lime
- Rosemary
- Oregano
- Basil
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
RECIPE
- Chop a shallot and cook it in a pan with olive oil. Cook until fragrant (not browned). Add cherry tomatoes, oregano, rosemary, salt & pepper. LEt this simmer until the tomatoes have softened. Add some passata and season more to taste. Let this simmer while you prepare the rest
- Bring some water to a boil, add salt and cook the pasta
- Turn on the grill in the oven. Put the ham on a baking sheet and grill it until crispy. Keep a close eye one the ham in the oven! It can burn very quickly
- Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce. Top it of with the crispy ham, parmesan cheese and fresh basil
- Serve with arugula with olive oil, lime juice, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper
