Peel the asparagus and chop off the hard pieces at the bottom. Boil some water, add salt and boil the asparagus until they’re cooked but still slightly firm
Melt some butter and lower the heat. Add chopped parsley, salt and pepper
Poach the eggs: bring some salted water to a slight simmer (small bubbles). Prepare a bowl of ice cold water and place each egg in a small bowl
Make a whirlpool in the water and calmly place the egg in the center. Let this simmer in the water for 2 min or until it’s slightly firm
Take the egg out of the water with a spoon and place it in the ice water. Take it out and place it on a paper towel to dry
Cut some Ganda ham. Put the asparagus on a plate and pour the butter on top. Add the poached eggs and Ganda ham. Season with some extra salt and pepper
