Pizza baguette

INGREDIENTS
  • Baguette
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Canned peeled tomatoes
  • Oregano, thyme and rosemary
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Toppings: cured ham, mortadella, fuet, zucchini, olives, aioli, basil,…
  • Salad: arugula, lime juice, parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt & pepper
RECIPE
  • Make the tomato sauce. Chop your onion & garlic. Let this simmer in olive oil on medium heat. Add rosemary, thyme and oregano and cook until fragrant. Add chopped cherry tomatoes and the canned tomatoes, season with salt & pepper
  • Mix the tomato sauce, season some more & let it simmer
  • Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Place them on a baking sheet, season with salt, pepper and oregano and cook it in the oven until slightly browned
  • Cut the baguettes in two. Drizzle some olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato sauce and some mozzarella cheese. Cook it in the oven until the bread is toasted and the mozzarella has melted
  • Top it of with your topping of choice and enjoy
