Penne all'arrabiata

INGREDIENTS
  • Mini penne
  • Tomatoes
  • Canned tomatoes
  • Tomato paste
  • Oregano
  • Rosemary
  • Onion
  • Bacon
  • Basil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil
RECIPE
  • Cut an onion in pieces and cook in in olive oil on low heat. Add oregano and rosemary. Simmer on low heat. Add tomato paste
  • Add the whole and canned tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 min on low heat and season with salt & pepper
  • Cook bacon and add it to the sauce
  • Bring some water to a boil, add salt and cook the pasta. Strain it when done and add the pasta to the sauce.
  • Garnish with parmesan cheese and basil
