INGREDIENTS
- Mini penne
- Tomatoes
- Canned tomatoes
- Tomato paste
- Oregano
- Rosemary
- Onion
- Bacon
- Basil
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
RECIPE
- Cut an onion in pieces and cook in in olive oil on low heat. Add oregano and rosemary. Simmer on low heat. Add tomato paste
- Add the whole and canned tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 min on low heat and season with salt & pepper
- Cook bacon and add it to the sauce
- Bring some water to a boil, add salt and cook the pasta. Strain it when done and add the pasta to the sauce.
- Garnish with parmesan cheese and basil
