- Pearl couscous
- Chicken stock
- Feta cheese
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Bacon
- Radish
- Parsley
- Mint
- Greek yoghurt
- Lime
- Mustard
- Salt & pepper

RECIPE
- Cook the couscous in chicken (or vegetable) stock till ready. Drain and let it cool
- Cook the bacon and cut the vegetables
- Dressing: finely chop parsley and mint. Mix with greek yoghurt, olive oil, mustard, lime, salt and pepper
