RECIPE
- Peel and cut potatoes and carrots
- Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender, add the carrots to the same pot when the potatoes are halfway cooked
- Cut a shallot and cook it in a pan with olive oil on medium heat
- Add the minced meat and season with salt and pepper
- Add a piece of frozen chervil and some cream to the minced meat. Cook until the chervil has defrosted. Taste and season with salt & pepper if needed
- Mash the potatoes and add a slash of milk and a big piece of butter. Mix and season with salt and pepper
- Add grated nutmeg and the frozen peas to the potatoes and mix. Season more if needed
- Put the minced meat in an oven dish and add the mashed potatoes on top
- Add grated cheese and cook everything in the oven for 20 min or until the cheese has crisped up and turned golden brown
