INGREDIENTS
- Minced meat
- Cream
- Spaghetti
- Cherry tomatoes
- Oregano
- Basil
- Chives
- Shallot
- Parmesan cheese
- Chili flakes
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Bring some water to a boil, add salt and cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain 1-2 minutes before cooking time and save a cup of the pasta water
- Heat up olive oil in a pan and add a chopped shallot. Cook on medium heat until translucent and add oregano and chili flakes
- Add the minced meat to the pan and cook on high heat. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes as well
- Add some cream to pan and stir. Cook on medium heat until the cream thickens. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed
- Add the drained pasta to the sauce along with some pasta water and grated parmesan cheese. Cook this on high heat until the sauce sticks to the pasta and the pasta is cooked
- Add fresh basil, chives and season w/ salt and pepper
