Parsley & lemon oven baked cod fish

INGREDIENTS
- Cod
- Parsley
- Lemon juice & zest
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
- Flour
RECIPE
- Cover the cod filet with a thin layer of flour. Season with salt and pepper. Heat up an oven safe pan with some butter. Cook the cod on all sides
- Finely chop some parsley, garlic and add lemon zest. Mix this with olive oil, lemon juice and melted butter
- Pour the mixture oven the cod and bake this for 20 min at 180°C
