Parsley & lemon oven baked cod fish

INGREDIENTS
  • Cod
  • Parsley
  • Lemon juice & zest
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Flour
RECIPE
  • Cover the cod filet with a thin layer of flour. Season with salt and pepper. Heat up an oven safe pan with some butter. Cook the cod on all sides
  • Finely chop some parsley, garlic and add lemon zest. Mix this with olive oil, lemon juice and melted butter
  • Pour the mixture oven the cod and bake this for 20 min at 180°C
