Oven roasted salmon & bearnaise sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • Salmon filet
  • Asparagus
  • Spring onion
  • Bearnaise sauce
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Thyme
  • Oregano
  • Rosemary
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil
RECIPE
  • Cover the salmon with olive oil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, pepper, spring onion and some slices of lime. Cook it in an oven dish for 20-30 min at 180°C
  • Season the asparagus with salt, pepper and oregano. Cook the in a pan with olive oil. Cook on medium-low heat until tender
  • Heat up the bearnaise sauce
