Oven roasted cod fish

INGREDIENTS
- Cod filet
- Zucchini
- Cherry tomatoes
- White onion
- Potatoes
- Rosemary
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Lemon

- Olive oil
RECIPE
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Cut the veggies (tomato, potato, zucchini and white onion)
- Season the fish with salt and pepper
- Put everything in an oven dish and season with more salt and pepper. Add rosemary and fresh basil. Drizzle with olive oil and add some butter
- Cook everything for 25-30 min at 180°C
