Oven roasted cod fish

INGREDIENTS
  • Cod filet
  • Zucchini
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • White onion
  • Potatoes
  • Rosemary
  • Basil
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Lemon
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil
RECIPE
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Cut the veggies (tomato, potato, zucchini and white onion)
  • Season the fish with salt and pepper
  • Put everything in an oven dish and season with more salt and pepper. Add rosemary and fresh basil. Drizzle with olive oil and add some butter
  • Cook everything for 25-30 min at 180°C
