INGREDIENTS
- Multicolored carrots
- Za’atar
- Oregano
- Sesame seeds
- Greek yoghurt
- Feta
- Lime juice
- Flat parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (grill and hot air)
- Clean and cut the carrots length-wise. Season them with salt, pepper, za’atar, oregano and olive oil.
- Cook the carrots in the oven on a baking sheet for at least 20 min. Stir halfway and check for tenderness
- For the sauce, mix some greek yoghurt and feta cheese in a blender
- Add honey, salt, pepper and lime juice to taste
- Spread the sauce onto a plate and place the carrots on top
- Top it of with flat parsley, almond flakes, za’atar and some olive oil
