Cut the potatoes into 4 pieces and cut the brussels sprouts in two. Drizzle everything with a generous amount of olive oil, add 2 cloves of garlic, some lime zest and season with salt and pepper
Add the bacon to the veggies and transfer everything to an oven dish. Bake everything in the oven for 40 min. First 20 min at 160°C and then 20 more minutes at 180°C with the grill turned on
Mix some greek yoghurt with olive oil, lime juice, a teaspoon of mustard and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop all the herbs you can find and add them to the yoghurt
