Oven roasted brussels sprouts w/ bacon

INGREDIENTS
  • Potatoes
  • Brussel spourts
  • Bacon
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Greek yoghurt
  • Mint
  • Cilantro
  • Parsley
  • Chives
  • Mustard
  • Lime
RECIPE
  • Cut the potatoes into 4 pieces and cut the brussels sprouts in two. Drizzle everything with a generous amount of olive oil, add 2 cloves of garlic, some lime zest and season with salt and pepper
  • Add the bacon to the veggies and transfer everything to an oven dish. Bake everything in the oven for 40 min. First 20 min at 160°C and then 20 more minutes at 180°C with the grill turned on
  • Mix some greek yoghurt with olive oil, lime juice, a teaspoon of mustard and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop all the herbs you can find and add them to the yoghurt
