Cook the minced meat in olive oil with a chopped onion. Add seasoning: paprika powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper
Guacamole: mix avocado with lime juice, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Add chopped red onion, chopped tomatoes and cilantro.
Tomato salsa: cut cherry tomatoes into small pieces and mix with chopped red onion and cilantro. Add lime juice, olive oil, chilli flakes, salt and pepper
Sour cream: mix it with salt, pepper and some lime juice
Put the nacho’s in an oven dish and sprinkle the minced meat on top. Add grated cheddar and emmentaler cheese. Broil in the oven until the cheese is completely melted
